We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Founder's Office to support the day-to-day operations and administrative needs of our fast-growing YouTube as a Service (YAAS) startup. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities faced by early-stage startups.

Responsibilities:1. Manage and prioritize the daily calendar, appointments, and meetings for the founder and executive team2. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and clients3. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation for the founder and executive team4. Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other strategic documents for board meetings, investor pitches, and client proposals5. Manage the founder's inbox, responding to emails and messages in a timely and professional manner6. Organize and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information7. Plan and execute company events, including team-building activities, workshops, and off-sites8. Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a productive and comfortable work environment9. Provide general administrative support to the founder and executive team, anticipating needs and proactively addressing issues10. Contribute to the development and maintenance of company culture, embodying the startup's values and mission

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field2. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an executive or administrative assistant, preferably in a fast-paced, startup environment3. Strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities faced by early-stage startups4. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different stakeholders and contexts5. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with meticulous attention to detail6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously9. Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information10. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for the startup's mission and values
