Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive/Specialist located in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and managing the end-to-end sales process. Tasks include prospecting and acquiring new clients, maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, providing tailored property solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless transaction process. The role also involves achieving sales targets and preparing regular sales reports.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on real estate or proptech
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide relevant solutions
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Results-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Should be comfortable with field visits.
  • Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is a plus
