Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Service Engineer at Subsurface Equipments Pvt Ltd, located in the Greater Kolkata Area and includes extensive travel for a majority of the month. The Technical Service Engineer will be responsible for providing demonstrations, technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues. They will also be involved in conducting product demonstrations, delivering training sessions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service.
