Qualifications/ Skil ls:12+ years of experience in hiring for IT/Digital space.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceMust have proven track record in high-volume, entry-level recruitment, recruitment systems and market research capabilities.Experience in leading large team spread across various locations (both contingent and full time)Ability to work in ambiguity and constantly changing environment to meet the dynamic needs of the business.Efficient time managementExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to express innovative thoughts/ideas about recruiting and overall employee experience.Experience in delivering reports and TA dashboards to inform business leaders on the progress of key recruitment initiatives and hiring metrics.
