  • Reviewing vendor agreements for Vehicles, Guest House, and other site expenditures
  • Vendor and Customer Reconciliation on regular basis
  • Reviewing Customer Term Sheet & contracts from commercial perspective
  • Negotiating and finalizing ABG / PBG / LC drafts with Customer and treasury
  • Monitoring status of customer LCs and BGs – issuance, claims, renewal, expiry e
  • Update the Receivables outstanding file with the invoices raised and collections received
  • Intimate treasury team for the collections received against which invoices
  • Co-ordination / Follow-up with projects department with regards to updating (i) Cost To Complete (ii) Planned cash outflows (iii) change in project schedules and (iv) month-end provisions
