Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Kanpur for a Customer Experience Manager. The primary responsibility is to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by managing and improving customer experience. In this role, the Customer Experience Manager will handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, gather customer feedback, and work closely with other departments to enhance overall customer service. Effective communication and analytical skills are essential for understanding and addressing customer needs.

- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical Skills to understand and improve customer experience
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
