Position: Sales Executive
Industry: Rice / Food Grains / FMCG
Location: Chittoor, Palamaneru, Srikalahasti & Tirupati
Reporting To: Area Sales Manager / Sales Head

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retailers for rice in the assigned territory.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing customers to drive repeat sales.
  • Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve distributor/retailer issues.
  • Execute promotional activities, sampling, and product demonstrations to increase brand visibility.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Provide feedback from the market to improve product positioning and strategy.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience (FMCG / Food Products preferred).
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in FMCG sales may also apply.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Good knowledge of local market and distribution network.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / basic reporting.
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: 15000 to 30000
