Company : Mayur Uniquoters Limited Location : Jaipur, Rajasthan Salary: 4 - 4.5 LPA Industry : Textile & Apparel (Technical Textile) Job Summary : The Raw Material Planning Executive will play a critical role in managing raw material planning, forecasting, vendor development, and import logistics to support efficient operations in a manufacturing environment. The role requires effective coordination across internal teams and external vendors, ensuring adherence to customer audit requirements and compliance with company standards. The successful candidate will be proficient in SAP MM (Materials Management) module, Excel, and import logistics, with experience in managing end-to-end material management activities for a manufacturing company. Key Responsibilities: - Raw Material Planning & Forecasting : Develop and maintain accurate forecasts for raw material requirements to meet production schedules. Analyze demand trends, production schedules, and inventory levels to adjust raw material requirements. Collaborate with production and inventory control teams to optimize stock levels, reducing stockouts and overages. Vendor Development & Approval : Identify and assess potential suppliers for raw materials and manage supplier qualification and approval processes. Establish strong relationships with approved vendors to secure a stable and cost-effective supply of raw materials. Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations, negotiate terms, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Facilitate the onboarding and approval of new suppliers in compliance with internal standards and customer audit requirements. Import Logistics & Compliance : Oversee import logistics for raw materials, coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders. Ensure all import activities are compliant with international trade regulations and documentation requirements. Address and resolve any issues related to import shipments, including delays, quality issues, or customs-related matters. Work closely with finance and legal teams to ensure accurate duty payments and compliance with import regulations. SAP MM and Excel Reporting : Manage SAP MM module transactions for purchase orders, goods receipts, and inventory management. Generate and maintain reports in Excel to track raw material status, vendor performance, and forecast accuracy. Analyze data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for process improvement within material management. Audit Compliance and Documentation : Prepare and organize documentation for customer audits, ensuring compliance with all required standards. Support customer audits by providing relevant documentation, answering inquiries, and addressing any corrective actions needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to vendor approvals, import documentation, and material specifications.
