  1. Payments & Documentation

●Support payment follow-ups and maintain credit payment cycles.

●Ensure accurate documentation of payment terms across POs, PIs, and invoices.

●Prepare PIs and invoices with zero errors.

  1. Knowledge & Documentation Management

●Organize and maintain the BD team's Google Drive for easy access and version control.

●Keep trackers, agreements, and records structured and up to date.

  1. Cross-Team Collaboration

●Assist AMs, TMs, PMs, and Finance with operational coordination.

●Support preparation of operational reports and dashboards.

  1. Salesforce CRM Management

●Update and maintain Salesforce records, ensuring accuracy and hygiene.

●Generate reports and assist with CRM insights for decision-making.

  1. Partner Engagement

●Maintain internal sheet for partner milestones.

●Support operational tasks for partner communications, training, and events.

Requirements

●Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, MBA, MA or equivalent)

●Minimum Experience: 0-2 Years

●Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

●Basic knowledge of Salesforce or willingness to learn. ● Good communication and coordination abilities.
