Role: ApplicationDeveloper/ArchitectRoleDescription: Design build and configure applications to meetbusiness process and applicationrequirements.KeyResponsibilities:Handsonexperience in building API Integrations LightningComponents

StrongKnowledge of writing Salesforce APEXclasses

Experiencein REST SOAP Web Services integration with externalsystems.

Experiencewith Salesforce Sales Service Cloud and CommunityCloud

Abilityto work with Global teams and deliverwork.

TechnicalExperience:Havestrong experience on Vlocity Omni Scripts Templates IntegrationProcedures Data raptors Salesforce Lightning Remote Actions ProductConfiguration Calculation Matrix/Proceduresetc.

Havegood Handson experience in Order Management and its integrationwith downstream systems i.e. Order flowing to othersystems(Orchestration Plan)etc.

Havevery strong experiencer in Salesforce customization usingApex.

CertifiedPlatform Dev 1 Vlocity certification(OmnistudioDeveloper/Consultant) will bepreferable.

Goodin troubleshooting the issues in short span oftime.

Haveworked on the critical items on the giventimelines

Vlocity Developer Addressing user tickets for issues regardinghardware, software, and networking. Assisting customers throughinstalling applications and computer peripherals. Providingtechnical support either by visiting on-site or throughremote-access systems. Providing IT networks and customer servicesto users inside and outside the company. Guide users withstep-by-step instructions to resolve the issues. Customising thedesktop applications as per the needs of users and clients.Advising on software and hardware upgrades. Maintaining a log ofjob tickets and maintenance tasks. Send the unresolved issues tothe next level of the support team. Ensuring that the clientsystems are working fine. Creating technical reports and manuals.Keep up with current breakthroughs in computing technology andresearch its reviews.
