Requirements:

  • Role: Application Developer/Architect
  • Role Description: Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Hands-on experience in building API Integrations and Lightning Components
    • Strong knowledge of writing Salesforce APEX classes
    • Experience in REST and SOAP Web Services integration with external systems
    • Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
    • Ability to collaborate with global teams and deliver work efficiently
  • Technical Experience:
    • Strong experience in Vlocity Omni Scripts, Templates, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors, Salesforce Lightning, Remote Actions, Product Configuration, Calculation Matrix, etc.
    • Hands-on experience in Order Management and its integration with downstream systems
    • Extensive experience in Salesforce customization using Apex
    • Certifications in Platform Dev 1 and Vlocity (Omnistudio Developer/Consultant) preferred
    • Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly
    • Experience in addressing user tickets for hardware, software, and networking issues
    • Providing technical support to customers and assisting with installations
    • Guiding users through issue resolution and customizing applications
    • Advising on software and hardware upgrades
    • Maintaining job tickets and logs, escalating unresolved issues as needed
    • Creating technical reports and staying updated on computing technology
