  • Role: Application Developer/Architect
  • Role Description: Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Hands-on experience in building API Integrations and Lightning Components
    • Strong knowledge of writing Salesforce APEX classes
    • Experience in REST and SOAP Web Services integration with external systems
    • Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
    • Ability to collaborate with global teams and deliver results
  • Technical Experience:
    • Strong experience in Vlocity Omni Scripts, Templates, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors, Salesforce Lightning, Remote Actions, Product Configuration, Calculation Matrix, etc.
    • Hands-on experience in Order Management and integration with downstream systems
    • Extensive experience in Salesforce customization using Apex
    • Certifications: Platform Dev 1, Vlocity certification (Omnistudio Developer/Consultant) preferred
    • Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently
    • Proficient in meeting critical timelines

Vlocity Developer responsibilities include addressing user tickets for hardware, software, and networking issues, providing technical support, guiding users, customizing desktop applications, advising on upgrades, maintaining logs of tasks, and ensuring client systems function smoothly. Also involved in creating technical reports and staying updated on computing technology advancements.
