  • Manage and update customer data .
  • Leads generation
  • Run SMS, Email, and WhatsApp campaigns for engagement.
  • Analyze customer behavior and generate reports.
  • Support loyalty, referral, and retention programs.
  • Coordinate with sales & marketing teams to ensure smooth customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Marketing/Business/IT or related field.
  • Strong communication &MS office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
