Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Telecaller to join our team full-time at our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, following up with clients and partners, and ensuring smooth communication for bookings and queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and partners.
• Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into successful bookings.
• Maintain customer records in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain good relationships with venue partners and customers.
• Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any field.
• Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Care Executive, or similar role (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of other regional languages is a plus).
• Confident, polite, and persuasive on calls.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office / CRM systems.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
