Manage and maintain the internal network to ensure seamless connectivity across all departments. Monitor system health and proactively address performance or security issues. Ensure IT office operations remain fully functional and secure during business hours. Implement system updates, patches, and version upgrades in line with organizational policies. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve network, access, and user-related issues. Maintain accurate system documentation and ensure compliance with IT standards and best practices. Your profile Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized and approved university (full-time course only). 3–5 years of experience in MS Windows administration. Hands-on experience in PowerShell scripting. Strong knowledge of Windows systems and network administration, including command-line proficiency. Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365. Experience with Hyper-V and Veeam is highly desirable. Proven experience in providing ticket-based and direct end-user support, resolving technical issues efficiently. Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proactive and structured approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently when required.
