Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Head of HR. The Head of HR will oversee and manage the human resources department, ensuring the development and implementation of HR policies and strategies. The position involves handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and managing recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. The Head of HR will also be responsible for fostering a positive work environment and aligning HR practices with the company's objectives.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • In-depth knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
  • Strong Employee Relations skills
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team
  • Experience in a similar role in the automotive or manufacturing industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certifications in HR is preferred
