In India, we operate from Pune and Hyderabad.To support our growth strategy and three-year plan to double our workforce in India, Jade Global seeks a highly experienced dynamic delivery leader for India for its ADM service line.Job OverviewThePractice Head - Oracleis a senior leadership position responsible for defining the strategy, managing the execution, and ensuring the operational excellence of the organization's Oracle consulting, implementation, and managed services portfolio delivered from the offshore center. This role drives significant revenue growth, optimizes service delivery, manages key client relationships, and cultivates a high-performance, expert team across various Oracle technology stacks (e.g., Oracle Fusion Cloud, EBS, HCM, SCM).Roles and ResponsibilitiesDelivery/Project/Engagement/Portfolio Management:Oversee delivery management, ensuring that projects are proceeding accordingly, and that company methodologies & processes are being followed.Recruit, train and manage a team of Managers who will help in day-to-day management of all engagements being delivered to customers.Monitor engagement health and resolve escalated issues.Engage in at risk projects to help develop and execute action plan to resolve project issues.Identify and resolve gross margin erosion and revenue shortfall issues across projects.Manage engagement cost and work with managers to reduce costs to bring it in line with engagement contract.Set client satisfaction rating expectations with team and drive towards meeting client satisfaction rating results.Employee Engagement:Build a community with a positive morale.Manage and encourage communications and groups through company social media tools. Manage on-boarding& training programs via Account Delivery Managers and Project Managers.Conduct performance evaluations and professional development of all direct reportsPromote recognition of employee accomplishmentsSolution Offerings & Methodology Development:Identify, develop, maintain and market BU service offerings and solution sets.Provide internal and external consulting, expertise and advocacy of the offeringsManage BU specific methodologies and operational assetsManage BU Intellectual Property (IP) repository.Manage the development of reusable BU specific proposal assets.Pursuit Management:Drive and support the development of a sales pipeline required to meet BU growth targets.Review BU proposals to ensure alignment with our client's capabilities, quality of content, and conformance to the methods and practices of our client.Develop and/or review BU Statements of Work and other contractual documents to ensure delivery excellence.Provide sales team support and leadership for solutions. Assist sales staff with solutions sales client interactions, and present capabilities to client audience.Participate in demand generation strategies for the BU.Develop and manage BU cost estimation toolsValidate that closed contracts & change requests are fully processedRequired Skills & ExperienceExperience:Minimum of20+ years of experiencein Oracle consulting, implementation, and/or managed services.Proven experience insenior leadership and managing large-scale offshore delivery operations(150+ personnel).Deep expertise in one or more Oracle product lines (e.g., Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/HCM/SCM, Oracle E-Business Suite).Skills:Exceptional skills indelivery governance, portfolio management, and financial control .Demonstrated ability todrive sales, manage pipeline, and lead proposal/SOW development .Strong team-building, mentorship, andemployee engagementcapabilities.Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
