This is a highly strategic, executive-facing role responsible for defining the practice vision, implementing robust operational frameworks, driving measurable commercial growth, and cementing our position as a leader in the ServiceNow ecosystem. If you thrive on building high-performing, profitable teams and establishing enterprise-wide governance, this is your platform.Key Responsibilities & ImpactPractice Strategy & DesignEstablish the Vision:Define and communicate a clear, product-aligned vision for the ServiceNow Practice, moving from a capability-based model to structured, scalable verticals (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HRSD). Strategic Planning:Develop and execute a strategic roadmap days and beyond) focused onmeasurable financial and operational outcomes .Governance, Operations & GrowthImplement Governance:Institute a unifiedgovernance frameworkto standardize delivery processes, quality assurance, and decision-making across all engagements. Drive Profitability:Manage practice budgets, report onROI , and actively drive efficiency andprofitable growththrough strategic resource deployment. Commercial Alignment:Partner closely with Sales, Pre-sales, and Marketing to developgo-to-market strategiesand support high-impact client engagements.Talent & Capability UpliftBuild the Team:Identify critical skill and resource gaps, and implement structured initiatives for hiring, training, and strategic team realignment. Foster Maturity:Centralize training and build formalcareer pathsand upskilling programs to ensure continuous capability maturity and consistency across the practice.
