Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of beauty advisors, providing coaching, guidance, and regular performance evaluations to achieve departmental goals

Sales and Customer Service: Develop and implement sales strategies, ensure excellent customer service, and handle customer inquiries to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Inventory and Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment for beauty products.

Visual Merchandising: Maintain high standards for product display and the overall visual appeal of the beauty department.

Marketing and Promotions: Coordinate with marketing teams to promote new products, services, and sales events.

Product Knowledge: Train team members on comprehensive product knowledge to provide effective customer advice and service.

Qualifications Experience: Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the beauty industry.

Skills: Strong leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Knowledge: Good organizational skills and familiarity with beauty treatments, products, and retail operations are required.
