Gezu Impex is a fast-growing European e-commerce company specializing in garden hardware, wood connectors, scaffolding material, pipes & fittings, and DIY solutions . With operations in Germany, Netherlands, Poland, and Sweden , we sell through Amazon, eBay, Bol, Allegro , and our Shopify-based webstore . We are on a rapid growth trajectory (100% YoY expected) and are expanding our digital marketing team to scale our paid performance campaigns.

We are seeking a Google Ads Specialist to manage and scale our paid search, display, and shopping campaigns across multiple European markets. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Google Ads, Shopping campaigns, Performance Max, remarketing, and conversion optimization . This role is pivotal in driving qualified traffic, improving ROAS, and scaling revenue through paid media.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and optimize Google Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max campaigns for multi-country operations.
  • Set up and manage product feed integrations with Shopify, Linnworks, and Exact ERP to ensure accurate listings and inventory sync.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and bid optimization to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS , providing actionable insights.
  • Create and manage remarketing campaigns across markets to re-engage past visitors and abandoned carts.
  • Collaborate with marketplace specialists to align Google Ads strategy with Amazon, eBay, Allegro, and Bol campaigns .
  • Work closely with the content and design team to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Implement A/B testing for ad copies, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management with clear recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest Google Ads, AI-driven bidding strategies, and e-commerce advertising trends .

Qualifications

1.Proven experience (3–4 years) in Google Ads campaign management for e-commerce or retail brands.

2.Strong expertise in Google Shopping, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns .

3.Hands-on experience with Shopify, product feeds, and multi-country ad targeting .

4.Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, GA4, and conversion tracking setups .

5.Knowledge of European e-commerce market dynamics and multilingual ad targeting is a plus.

6.Ability to manage budgets efficiently and deliver strong ROAS.

7.Strong communication and reporting skills.
