ResponsibilitiesProspecting : Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, industry events, and networking.Outreach : Reach out to leads via email, phone calls, and other communication channels to introduce our products/services and create interest.Qualification : Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring they meet our target customer profile.Database Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead databases, tracking interactions and progress.Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.Lead Nurturing : Develop and execute lead nurturing campaigns to keep potential customers engaged and move them through the sales funnel.Metrics and Reporting : Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, track progress, and provide regular reports to management.Continuous Learning : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in lead generation.
QualificationsExperience : Minimum of 2 years in lead generation, sales development, or a related field.Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Persistence : Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude while pursuing leads.Analytical Thinking : Strong analytical skills to evaluate lead data and identify patterns.Technology Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM software, email marketing tools, and lead tracking systems.Team Player : Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams.Goal-Oriented : Driven by targets and committed to achieving lead generation goals.
