Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager - Gym Acquisition and Revenue Generation at WTF Gyms located in Noida. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new gyms and generating revenue for WTF Gyms. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying potential gym partners, negotiating partnership agreements, executing sales strategies, and fostering strong relationships with gym owners. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and achieve targets, while also contributing to the overall expansion and success of WTF Gyms.
- Key Responsibilities:Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify potential gym acquisition opportunities and analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with gym owners, fitness professionals, and other stakeholders to facilitate partnerships and collaborations.
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement a business development strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction, tailored to the fitness industry.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential gym partners, addressing their needs and demonstrating the value of collaboration.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements with gym partners, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance, track revenue growth, and report on key metrics to senior management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
- Training and Development: Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute to the overall success of the business development team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry.
- Strong understanding of gym operations and the fitness market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with gym owners
- Knowledge of the fitness industry and gym operations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
