Job Title: Managing Director (MD)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for the overall operations, growth, and profitability of the F&B business.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of business plans, ensuring alignment with market trends and company goals.
  • Lead all aspects of operations, including production, distribution, marketing, and customer service.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and quality excellence, ensuring top-tier product standards.
  • Drive business development strategies to expand the company’s market share and brand presence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and government authorities.
  • Lead financial management, budgeting, and P&L oversight to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Monitor industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Implement sustainability initiatives and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Managing Director or in a senior leadership role within the F&B industry.
  • Strong understanding of F&B operations, supply chain management, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Track record of driving business growth and profitability in a competitive market.
  • Ability to innovate and adapt to changing market conditions and consumer preferences.
  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with both B2B and B2C operations in the F&B industry.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation trends in F&B, including e-commerce and food delivery platforms.
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices within the F&B sector.
