  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of leadership experience in the financial services sector.
  • Proven track record of managing P&L responsibilities and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
