Role Overview:

A Google Ads Executive is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on the Google Ads platform to maximize ROI. This role requires both analytical skills and creativity to drive campaign success and align results with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and other networks.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and audience targeting.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and internal reporting tools.
  • Optimize ads for key metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversions, and quality score.
  • Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage advertising budgets and allocate resources to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align advertising strategies with broader goals.
  • Keep up-to-date with PPC trends, algorithm updates, and emerging Google Ads features.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages for continual improvement.

Skills needed

  • Strong proficiency with Google Ads (AdWords) and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities to maximize ROI.
  • Competence in keyword research and data-driven campaign optimization.
  • Ad copywriting and creative skills.
  • Budget management and bid adjustment skills.
  • Familiarity with other PPC platforms (Microsoft Advertising is a bonus).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO principles.
  • Effective communication, reporting, and teamwork skills.
