Reporting To: Chief Marketing Officer
Direct Reports: This role might have direct supervisory responsibilities.
Brief Description:
This position is accountable for building and maintaining partnerships with Healthtech platforms/online pharmacies etc. for delivering technology solutions for New product launches. Should have customer focused attitude, good team engagement along with vendor management skills.
The position is responsible for the following main areas:
Liaison with new and established digital health startups to assess and evaluate their service offerings and if it meets our organization requirements.
Ensuring Seamless Vendor integration from technology and business processes standpoint. Ensuring all compliance checks, regulatory and legal requirements before onboarding a vendor for any requirements.
Implementing Vendor selection qualifying metrics and ensuring adherence to same while selecting the right digital partners to help us in executing our digital and omnichannel engagement strategy.
Defining HCP and Patient journey on digital platforms and ensuring our solutions are meeting the same.
Defining KPI’s and critical success factors in conjunction with commercial teams to evaluate success.
Continuously tracking market for upcoming startups and defining roadmap to onboard new vendors/solutions as and when required.
Establishing strong governance to continuously track vendor performance, compliance checks and adherence to Lilly’s policies and procedures.
Works closely with Analytics team to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the services
Additional Responsibilities & Tasks
Business Intelligence:
Interpreting data and develop analysis to enhance the reporting capabilities by using statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports on affiliate level. Help to visualize the key performance indicators and metrics on dashboard to drive continuous improvement and actionable insights. Drive effective communications to train all stakeholders on new reports & dashboards. Be the liaison between the business stakeholders and support teams Participation in engagement definition, scope, objectives, risks and approach Locate and define new process improvement opportunitiesSkills, Knowledge , & Qualifications
Qualification & Experience:
MBA from well reputed institute. Digital Pharma background is preferred. 5-7 years’ experience in digital marketing and liaison with digital health organizations. Experience in managing multiple partners.Abilities & Skills:
