Field Sales Engineer

As a Field Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales of our Air Compressors and Accessories. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their current and future needs.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.

2. Product Knowledge:

• Develop an in-depth understanding of our Air Compressor and Accessories product line.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.

3. Technical Consultation:

• Provide technical expertise to clients, helping them select the most suitable Air Compressor and Accessories based on their requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.

4. Sales Strategy:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.

5. Customer Support:

• Act as a liaison between the customer and our technical support team, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues or concerns.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any post-sale inquiries.

6. Market Analysis:

• Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance our product offerings.

7. Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
• Prepare regular reports for management outlining sales performance and future opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
