As an influencer talent manager, you are responsible for helping your clients leverage the power of social media influencers to achieve their marketing and branding goals. This involves a range of activities and responsibilities that require a deep understanding of the influencer landscape, social media trends, and marketing strategies.
One of the primary responsibilities of an influencer talent manager is to identify and recruit new influencers. This requires you to have a deep understanding of your clients' brand and values, as well as a keen eye for spotting influencers who would be a good fit. You may use various tools and methods to identify potential influencers, including social media analytics platforms, influencer databases, and manual research.
Once you have identified potential influencers, your next responsibility is to negotiate contracts and deals on behalf of your clients.
