Job Title: Female Influencer Marketing Specialist - Makeup/Cosmetics Industry

Shryoan Cosmetics is a dynamic and innovative makeup/cosmetics brand dedicated to empowering individuals through beauty. We are seeking a passionate and creative Female Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team and help shape the narrative of our brand through influencer collaborations.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Influencer Identification and Outreach**:

- Conduct research to identify relevant female influencers within the makeup/cosmetics industry.
- Develop and maintain a robust database of potential influencers for various campaigns.
- **Collaboration Management**:

- Establish and nurture relationships with influencers, makeup artists, and beauty content creators.
- Negotiate and execute collaboration agreements, ensuring alignment with brand values and marketing objectives.
- Coordinate and manage logistics for influencer campaigns, including product shipments and content creation timelines.
- **Content Strategy**:

- Work closely with influencers to develop creative and engaging content that aligns with our brand image and resonates with our target audience.
- Provide guidance on content creation, ensuring it meets brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- **Campaign Analysis and Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Generate regular reports on the impact of influencer collaborations on brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- **Stay Current on Industry Trends**:

- Keep abreast of trends in the makeup/cosmetics and influencer marketing space to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, specifically within the makeup/cosmetics industry.
- Strong network and relationships with female influencers and beauty content creators.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and trends.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the makeup/cosmetics industry and a genuine interest in beauty trends.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
