MGS India has plans to significantly ramp-up its growth over the next 18-24 months while servicing MUFGs global network across Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific About the Role: Provide Support to Branches across Asia Pacific for e-banking channel and trade product Position Title: Analyst Corporate Title: Analyst Reporting to: AVP / VP Location: Bengaluru Job Profile: Position details Respond branch to inquiries via phone and email regarding status of clients e-banking and trade product registration applications Performs registrations of channel related applications Acts as checker in registrations of channel related applications Meet agreed SLA on applications turnaround time Resolve issues related to incomplete forms with respective branches. Maintain accurate records of applications, registrations register and clients record database Support branches in collating and preparing required reports for internal reporting.
