Assistant Manager – Sales & Collections (Electric Vehicles) Location: Delhi, Bareilly, Agra, Kanpur, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune Department: Retail EV Finance Reports to: Cluster Manager / Regional Manager About the Company We are a fast-growing NBFC specializing in retail electric vehicle (EV) finance, enabling India’s clean mobility transition. As one of the early movers in this space, we have already financed over 5,000 electric vehicles in our B2B portfolio and are now expanding rapidly into retail financing — targeting an additional 5,000 electric three-wheeler (L5) loaders over the next 12 months for select OEM partners. Role Summary We are looking for a Sales & Collections professional to join as an Assistant Manager responsible for driving sales and managing collections in the assigned region. The role focuses on financing electric 3-wheelers (both passenger and loader segments) and involves direct interaction with customers, dealers, and OEM partners to achieve business growth and portfolio quality. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify and target potential customers within the assigned geography. Promote and sell EV financing products for passenger and loader 3-wheelers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, fleet owners, and corporate clients. Drive revenue growth through direct sales initiatives and partnerships. Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement and volume targets. Collections & Credit Management Ensure timely collections as per defined credit and repayment terms. Follow up on overdue accounts and manage delinquencies effectively. Coordinate with the credit and operations teams to assess customer creditworthiness and manage risk exposure. Maintain accurate MIS on collections and report portfolio health regularly. Market Research & Reporting Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to fine-tune sales strategies. Provide periodic reports on sales performance, collections status, and market insights. Suggest local promotional or partnership initiatives to enhance market share. Customer Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing queries and concerns. Ensure after-sales support and high levels of customer satisfaction. Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business. Coordination & Leadership Collaborate with internal teams — Sales, Credit, Finance, and Operations — for smooth transaction processing. Manage and monitor partner-level sales and collection activities. Train, guide, or support local sales representatives or collection agents (if applicable). Requirements Position Deliverables Establish and manage partnerships with local OEM officials and dealers. Conduct direct sourcing to increase cKers Finance’s retail footprint in the EV market. Develop monthly sales and collection plans in coordination with partners. Oversee soft and hard collection processes, ensuring portfolio quality. Effectively handle communication and relationship management in the local language. About You Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently. Strong with numbers and analytical in approach. Confident in field-based sales and customer engagement. Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders — customers, dealers, and OEM representatives. Fluent in the local language and conversant in English. Aligned with our mission to finance sustainable energy and catalyze India’s clean mobility transition. Qualifications Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related discipline. 2–5 years of relevant experience in asset-backed lending or commercial vehicle / EV finance . Proven experience in both sales and collections roles. Experience with 3-wheeler loan products preferred. Requirements Proven experience in sales and collections, preferably in the CV industry. Strong knowledge of Commercial Vehicles, especially 3-wheeler loaders and passenger vehicles. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage a large area of responsibility. Strong organizational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
