Customer Support Executive (Hybrid) — D2C Jewellery Brand Company: Delta Charms Location: Dehradun (Hybrid — 3 days in office mandatory) Experience: 1–3 years (Customer Support / D2C / Retail / Hospitality preferred) Employment Type: Part-time or Full-time (to be discussed) About Delta Charms Delta Charms is a modern D2C jewellery brand focused on meaningful, customizable, everyday-wear jewellery. Role Overview We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage customer communication across all support channels and ensure a smooth, empathetic, and solution-oriented experience for our customers. This is a hybrid role , with 3 days a week working from our Dehradun office to build product familiarity and alignment with the brand. Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries across: WhatsApp Instagram DMs Email Assist customers with: order status and delivery timelines product-related questions (materials, care, waterproofing, customization) returns, exchanges, and replacements as per company policies Communicate clearly, politely, and empathetically at all times Follow internal customer support SOPs and guidelines Escalate complex or sensitive issues when required Maintain records of customer conversations and resolutions Requirements Strong communications skills Prior experience in customer support or customer-facing roles Ability to communicate calmly and professionally with customers Attention to detail and ability to follow processes consistently Reliable availability during agreed working hours Must be based in Dehradun and able to work from office 3 days a week Work Structure Hybrid role 3 days in office (mandatory) Remaining days remote Fixed working hours Direct coordination with the founder Why Join Us Clearly defined role and responsibilities Structured systems and SOPs Opportunity to work with a growing D2C brand Long-term role for the right candidate How to Apply Please apply with: A short note on your customer support experience, send resume to: Your current location (Dehradun only)
