Role OverviewWe are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage customer communication across all support channels and ensure a smooth, empathetic, and solution-oriented experience for our customers.This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week working from our Dehradun office to build product familiarity and alignment with the brand.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries across:WhatsAppInstagram DMsEmailAssist customers with:order status and delivery timelinesproduct-related questions (materials, care, waterproofing, customization)returns, exchanges, and replacements as per company policiesCommunicate clearly, politely, and empathetically at all timesFollow internal customer support SOPs and guidelinesEscalate complex or sensitive issues when requiredMaintain records of customer conversations and resolutionsRequirementsStrong communications skillsPrior experience in customer support or customer-facing rolesAbility to communicate calmly and professionally with customersAttention to detail and ability to follow processes consistentlyReliable availability during agreed working hoursMust be based in Dehradun and able to work from office 3 days a weekWork StructureHybrid role3 days in office (mandatory)Remaining days remoteFixed working hoursDirect coordination with the founderWhy Join UsClearly defined role and responsibilitiesStructured systems and SOPsOpportunity to work with a growing D2C brandLong-term role for the right candidateHow to ApplyPlease apply with:A short note on your customer support experience, send resume to: srishtidis@gmail.comYour current location (Dehradun only)
