Role Overview We are hiring a fresh graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience who is skilled in both website design and social media content creation . The role involves building responsive, brand-centric websites (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow) and designing creative content for social media platforms. You don’t need long experience—you need strong skills, discipline, and a good portfolio . Key Responsibilities Website Design & Development Build responsive websites with strong UI/UX. Work with WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow themes & builders. Improve mobile experience, SEO basics, and website performance. Front-End Basics Implement designs using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript/React . Fix layout responsiveness and cross-browser issues. Creative & Social Media Content Design social media posts, reels elements, carousels, and web assets using: Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Canva Use AI tools for faster ideation, editing, and asset creation. Social Media Publishing Schedule and publish posts on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube Shorts . Write captions and maintain consistent brand language. Create Social Media Designs using AI tools Collaboration & Support Work with PR & media teams on digital campaigns. Assist with asset organization, research, and documentation. Support simple no-code/automation tasks within projects. Who Can Apply? ✔ Freshers (2023/2024/2025 pass-outs) ✔ Graduates in Web Design / Media / Computer Science / Visual Arts / Communication / Related Fields ✔ Candidates with up to 1 year of professional experience Portfolio is mandatory (Live links or screenshots of websites & designs)Required Skills Practical working knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow . Ability to design with Figma / Canva / Adobe tools . Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS (JavaScript/React is a plus). Willingness to work with AI tools in design and web workflows.
