The role involves building responsive, brand-centric websites (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow) and designing creative content for social media platforms.You don't need long experience—you need strong skills, discipline, and a good portfolio.Key Responsibilities Website Design & Development- Build responsive websites with strong UI/UX.- Work with WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow themes & builders.- Improve mobile experience, SEO basics, and website performance.Front-End Basics- Implement designs using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript/React.- Fix layout responsiveness and cross-browser issues.Creative & Social Media Content- Design social media posts, reels elements, carousels, and web assets using:- Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Canva- Use AI tools for faster ideation, editing, and asset creation.Social Media Publishing- Schedule and publish posts on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube Shorts.- Write captions and maintain consistent brand language.- Create Social Media Designs using AI toolsCollaboration & Support- Work with PR & media teams on digital campaigns.- Assist with asset organization, research, and documentation.- Support simple no-code/automation tasks within projects.Who Can Apply?Freshers (2023/2024/2025 pass-outs)Graduates in Web Design / Media / Computer Science / Visual Arts / Communication / Related FieldsCandidates with up to 1 year of professional experiencePortfolio is mandatory (Live links or screenshots of websites & designs)Required Skills- Practical working knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow.- Ability to design with Figma / Canva / Adobe tools.- Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS (JavaScript/React is a plus).- Willingness to work with AI tools in design and web workflows.Mindset We Value- Fast learner with a growth mindset- Ownership & responsibility in work- Willingness to learn beyond current skills- Balances quality with timelinesNice to Have- Basic video editing or motion graphics (Reels/Shorts)- WooCommerce or Shopify store setup knowledge- Understanding of SEO basics (metadata, sitemaps)- Interest in automation or AI workflows in designSalary & Benefits₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skill level & portfolio)Growth opportunitiesLearning support in advanced tools & AI workflowsProfessional on-site environment (Delhi/Gurgaon)How to ApplySend your Resume + Portfolio + 2–3 sample project links/screenshots to our hiring team.- Add a short note on how you've worked with WordPress/Webflow/Shopify and any AI tools used in your design or web process.
