**Website UI Designer**

**Company Overview**: Health Pioneers, a progressive digital marketing agency located in Gurgaon, is looking for a talented Website UI Designer with expertise in HTML, CSS, JS, and various web development platforms. This role focuses on creating visually appealing and functionally robust websites for our diverse clientele.

**Position: Website UI Designer**

**Job Location**: Gurgaon, Haryana

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Web Design**: Create high-quality, bespoke designs for websites that enhance user experience and engagement.
- **Development Speed**: Efficiently build and launch 4-6 websites per month, ensuring timely delivery and high standards.
- **Content Presentation**: Work closely with content teams to ensure web content is presented in the most effective manner.
- **Client Interaction**: Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with the web design and functionality.
- **Team Collaboration**: Guide graphic designers in creating web banners and visual elements that complement the overall website design.
- **Platform Proficiency**: Develop websites across multiple platforms including PHP, Shopify, and WordPress.
- **Testing and Optimization**: Conduct thorough testing of websites to ensure they are free of bugs and optimized for speed and SEO.
- **Upselling**: Proactively recommend the agency’s SaaS tools to clients, demonstrating how these tools can enhance their digital presence.

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- **Technical Skills**: Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with PHP, Shopify, and WordPress.
- **Design Skills**: Exceptional designing ability with a keen eye for aesthetics and user-friendly layouts.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in designing and developing commercial websites, with a portfolio that demonstrates both visual and technical capabilities.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to quickly identify and address design and functionality issues.
- **Project Management**: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.

**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience and skills.
