This is a full-time internship designed to give hands on experience to transition into human resource professional.If you are someone who has completed studies recently or are looking forward to transition into Human resource career this internship is for you.Job Designation:Human Resource – Talent Acquisition – InternJob Details:Selected Internship candidate will be onboard with the existing team and will be assigned a mentor.The day-to-day responsibilities include:Understand job requirements.Use job portals to create job posts.Shortlist candidates as per requirement.Participate in selection process as per client.Ensure candidate joining the client.All this with actual job requirements with real clients and candidates under a dedicated mentor guidance.Working location & hours:Remote – Work from Home (WFH).10:00 AM IST till 07:00 PM IST, Monday to Saturday.Should have laptop and active broadband connection with decent speed.Benefits: -Cash Stipend:5000 Rs per month for first 3 months .On exceptional performance after 3 months, it will beincreased as per company norms .After completion of the internship (6 months) and final performance review afinal job offeris likely to be made by NetRTech.Mentoringandcoaching .On the job experience .Post Internship(6 months)permanent job offer .Company:NetRTech Solutions LLP is one of the fastest growing IT development and recruitment organization based of Hyderabad.Please note:If you are pursuing a full-time course this internship might not be for you since this requires full time availability.
