Role & responsibilities

  • Managing P&L for the State assigned.
    • Manage and develop frontline Sales team of RM/Sr. RM
    • Managing and delivering revenue target set by the company on monthly and quarterly basis.
    • Coordinating with corporate office and relevant teams for all clint related issue.
    • Supervising the teams under in terms of assigning task, evaluating their performance and take necessary measures in terms of growth and development.
    • Guiding and motivating the sales team and providing all relevant support as required.
    • Creating agency distribution (POSP) for the company.
    • Ensuring compliance & control, following the process and providing high customer service to POSP and dealers.
    • Overall responsible for implementation Technology adaption in the assigned territory.
    • Ensure adherence to all rules and norms.
    • Work along with relevant teams and ensure sufficient manning of resource in branch.

  • People Skills - Puts the needs of the client first.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales and consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
