Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT project management, along with strong communication skills and familiarity with essential project management tools. While a PMP certification is preferred, it is not mandatory.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and schedule.

Responsibilities :

- Manage and oversee IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.

- Coordinate project resources, including team members, vendors, and stakeholders, to achieve project objectives.

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using Microsoft Project and other relevant tools.

- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders regularly, providing timely updates and escalation as needed.

- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather requirements, define project scope, and resolve issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and drive project delivery.

- Ensure compliance with project management best practices and organizational policies.

- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT project management.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Project, Office 365 applications (including SharePoint and MS Teams), and Visio.

- Familiarity with financial accounts and budget management.

- PMP certification preferred but not required.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time and within budget.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- PMP certification.

- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.

- Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.

- Previous experience in the (specific industry/sector) is a plus.
