This position is for the Night shift from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST.

Notice: Immediate

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistent application of project management methodology processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify new business opportunities and provide sales support.
  • Manage scope, schedule, and resources effectively.
  • Develop and manage project schedules for on-time delivery.
  • Estimate and manage costs within approved budgets.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks and issues.
  • Ensure high-quality project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and conduct communications to involve stakeholders.
  • Manage critical projects, customer engagements, or business processes.
  • Allocate work, mentor others, and contribute to the area's end results.
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance in the field.
  • Obtain and allocate resources effectively for projects.
  • Adapt communication techniques for different audiences.
  • Cultivate and manage strong customer relationships.
  • May manage vendor relationships.
  • Champion project management standards internally and externally.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and project management training.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of progressive Project Management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT services organization.
  • 5+ years of Application Development & IT Infrastructure Project Management experience.
  • 3+ years of Financial Services or Insurance experience.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven project management and coordination skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work and operate under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management principles.
  • General understanding of operations or financial services background.
