Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled
Legal Associate
 with strong expertise in
Contracts, Claims, and Drafting
 within the EPC/Infrastructure sector. The role requires ensuring compliance, safeguarding company interests, and providing legal support in business operations and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and claims related to  EPC/Infrastructure projects.Handle dispute resolution, arbitration, and litigation support when required.
  2. Provide legal advisory services to management on regulatory and statutory compliance.
  3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, rules, and regulations applicable to the EPC/Infrastructure industry.
  4. Collaborate with project, commercial, and finance teams to ensure risk mitigation
    .

Key Requirements:

  1. LLB/LLM with 6+ years of relevant experience in EPC/Infrastructure.
  2. Strong knowledge of
    contract management, arbitration, and claims handling
    .
  3. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and deliver within timelines.
