Role Overview:
As a Presales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Oracle Revenue Management & Billing business by supporting sales teams and engaging with prospects and customers. You will leverage your strong delivery background to present tailored solutions and craft proposals that address client needs. You will be a key player in converting opportunities into successful partnerships by showcasing the value of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work on proposal creation, estimations, and presentations for prospects and existing customers.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and create tailored solutions.
• Lead the creation of proposals, including crafting compelling content, and working closely with delivery teams to ensure feasibility.
• Participate in customer discussions, answering technical and functional queries related to our solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain relevant and compelling.
• Work closely with the delivery team to ensure alignment between sales and project execution.
Required Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in IT services or technology consulting, with at least 3 -4 years working in a product consulting environment.
• Strong delivery background with hands-on experience in project management, implementation, or solution delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing presentations, demos, and discussions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Experience working across various industries, with a preference for financial services, banking, or technology domains.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, and product teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) / Customer Care and Billing
• Experience working in global organizations, particularly within the financial services or technology sector.
