Role Overview

We are seeking
enthusiastic and ambitious fresh graduates or MBA/BTech/BCA/MCA holders
from Delhi to join our
IT Sales team
.

The selected candidate will undergo
structured training in Lucknow
, gaining knowledge of our product portfolio, sales strategies, and customer engagement techniques before moving to the
Delhi base location
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in intensive
    sales & product training
    at our Lucknow office.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of
    IT products, SAP-based solutions, and services
    .
  • Identify, connect, and build relationships with potential clients in the Delhi region.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering
    client presentations and proposals
    .
  • Work with the sales team to achieve
    monthly and quarterly sales targets
    .
  • Provide
    market feedback and customer insights
    to the management team.
  • Travel across Delhi to meet and engage customers on-field as a sales representative.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education:
    MBA (Marketing/Sales/Business) or Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience:
    Freshers or up to
    1–2 years
    in Sales/Business Development.
  • Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of IT/software products.
  • Good interpersonal skills and eagerness to learn.
  • Flexibility to travel and work on-field with clients.
