1. Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to understand their needs and promote products or services.
2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
3. Provide accurate information about products and services, including pricing and availability.
4. Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet sales targets.
5. Collaborate with the team leads to identify strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
6. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
7. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
8. Ensure timely and accurate recording of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
9. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and effective manner
