About the Role We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive our sales initiatives, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B sales, LinkedIn outreach, outbound calling, and institutional sales, along with a solid understanding of offline and online marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities Create Sales Plans: Develop tailored strategies for both offline and online marketing. LinkedIn Outreach: Generate leads and build relationships with colleges and institutions. Outbound Sales: Reach out to potential clients, qualify leads, and conduct product demos at institutions and partner sites. Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales goals through new business acquisition. Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships and ensure smooth client onboarding. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities and competitive solutions. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, track progress, and present reports regularly. Client Meetings: Conduct exploratory meetings with clients to understand requirements in detail. Sales Tools: Contribute to and improve the exploratory question bank for deeper client engagement. Must-Have Qualifications Knowledge of offline and online sales strategies. Proven experience in sales, preferably in product or service industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and LinkedIn outreach skills. Hands-on experience with outbound calling and lead generation. Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals. Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc. Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply (hired as interns initially). Requirements Skills Required Sales Strategy & Execution: Ability to plan and implement effective B2B sales and marketing strategies (offline & online). Lead Generation: Proven experience in identifying, qualifying, and converting leads through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and outbound calls. Client Relationship Management: Skilled in building and maintaining long-term business relationships with institutions and corporate partners. Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and close deals effectively. CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, or similar tools for managing leads and tracking progress. Market Research & Analysis: Strong understanding of market dynamics, competition tracking, and identifying new opportunities. Target Orientation: Goal-driven with a consistent record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Presentation & Demo Skills: Ability to conduct impactful product presentations and demos for clients. Team Collaboration: Capable of working closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction. Adaptability & Learning Mindset: Quick learner, open to feedback, and proactive in adopting new sales tools and techniques. Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply (will be considered for internship roles initially). Benefits 1.
