We are looking for a motivated and customer-friendly Cloth Sales Assistant to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting clothing items, provide styling suggestions, ensure the store is well-presented, and achieve sales targets by delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and understand their needs, preferences, and style requirements.
  • Assist customers in selecting clothing, fabric, and accessories.
  • Provide styling advice and product knowledge to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain proper display of stock, ensure garments are neatly arranged, and replenish items when required.
  • Handle billing, exchanges, and returns smoothly.
  • Keep track of stock levels and inform the supervisor about fast-moving or low-stock items.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through personalized service.
  • Meet individual and team sales targets.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (Graduate preferred).
  • Prior retail/fashion sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
  • Strong customer service and persuasion skills.
  • Presentable personality with a keen interest in fashion and trends.
  • Ability to work in a team and handle peak business hours.
