Based in the vibrant hub of Chandni Chowk, Delhi, we cater to clients across India, providing high-quality, trendsetting designs that resonate with the modern woman's style sensibilities.
- Conceptualize and develop fresh and innovative designs for women's ethnic wear, particularly ladies suits, in line with current fashion trends and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the design team to translate conceptual ideas into sketches, technical drawings, and digital designs.
- Conduct thorough research on fashion trends, fabrics, colours, and patterns to stay abreast of industry developments and incorporate them into design concepts.
- Develop prototypes and sample garments, overseeing the entire design process from ideation to final product.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure the accurate execution of designs, including fabric selection, embellishments, and garment construction.
- Participate in fittings and quality checks to maintain design integrity and meet quality standards.
- Remain flexible and adaptable to accommodate design revisions and client feedback throughout the design process.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our product offerings.
- Proven experience as a Fashion Designer with a focus on women's ethnic wear, particularly ladies suits.
- Excellent sketching and illustration skills, with the ability to communicate design ideas effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of fabrics, garment construction techniques, and manufacturing processes related to ethnic wear.
- A keen eye for detail, colour, and texture, with a demonstrated ability to create visually appealing designs.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work remotely or on-site as per project requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
