At **Pranav Creations Pvt Ltd**, we specialize in women’s ethnic wear, offering a curated collection that blends tradition with contemporary style. We are seeking a skilled **Fashion Designer** with hands-on experience in ethnic wear to join our team and elevate our brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Expertise**: Create innovative and trendy designs for women’s ethnic wear, including suits, Co-ord sets, sharara garara.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay updated with market trends and suggest new product ideas and styles to keep our collection fresh and competitive.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Communicate with vendors via WhatsApp to finalize designs, fabric selections, and other product details.
- **Store Readiness**: Ensure the availability of trendy products in the store by providing timely design suggestions and overseeing the production process.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the merchandising and sales teams to align designs with customer preferences and business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in designing women’s ethnic wear.
- Strong understanding of fabric types, embroidery styles, and ethnic fashion trends.
- Excellent communication skills, especially for vendor coordination via WhatsApp.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, including design creation and product selection for the store.
- A creative and detail-oriented approach to design.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
