Social Media Account Manager - Leadership and Growth

At Yugen Consulting, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Account Manager to lead our social media account management and strategy efforts, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and impactful results.

About the Role:
  • We are looking for a skilled professional with a strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and trends.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Relationship Management:
    1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by serving as their primary point of contact.
    2. Understand client goals, challenges, and expectations, and translate these into actionable social media strategies.
    3. Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and discuss strategic opportunities.
  2. Social Media Strategy Development:
    1. Develop comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each client's objectives, industry, and target audience.
    2. Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure that social media content aligns with the overall strategy.
    3. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and innovation.
  3. Campaign Management and Execution:
    1. Oversee the execution of social media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client guidelines.
    2. Manage content calendars, scheduling, and posting to ensure consistency and engagement.
    3. Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure campaigns are executed effectively.
  4. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
    1. Analyze social media performance metrics and campaign results, providing clients with insights and recommendations for improvement.
    2. Prepare and present detailed reports that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign successes, and areas for optimization.
    3. Continuously assess and refine strategies based on performance data to maximize ROI.
  5. Team Collaboration and Leadership:
    1. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with client goals.
    2. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
    3. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices for client servicing and social media management.
  6. Client Retention and Growth:
    1. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth.
    2. Proactively address potential challenges or issues to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
    3. Participate in client onboarding processes and ensure smooth transitions for new accounts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
