The Gig

We're looking for a Social Media Manager to join our crew and help us elevate our social media presence. If you're a social media pro with a knack for creating engaging content, fostering online communities, and driving results, we want to hear from you

What You'll Do

  • Own Our Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies that align with our brand goals and objectives.
  • Create Impactful Content: Craft compelling and engaging content that captures attention, sparks conversations, and showcases our brand personality.
  • Build Strong Communities: Foster relationships with our followers, engage in meaningful conversations, and build a loyal online community.
  • Analyze and Optimize Performance: Track social media metrics, analyze performance, and optimize strategies to achieve maximum impact.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate and Contribute: Work closely with our team to brainstorm new ideas, develop creative campaigns, and push the boundaries of social media.

Requirements

  • Proven Social Media Experience: Solid 2+ experience in managing social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Pinterest & LinkedIn.
  • Strong Content Creation Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills.
  • Community Engagement Skills: A passion for engaging with online communities and building strong relationships.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to track and measure social media performance.
  • Creative Mindset: A creative and innovative mindset with a passion for pushing the boundaries of social media.
  • Team Player: A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with a team.
  • Bonus Points: Experience with social media management tools, graphic design skills.
